When did I finish writing and posting Parts One, Two, Three, Four and Five? Over two months ago now. I no longer look at art, read about it, much less make it.
Jerome and I already have a house full of our own art and a computer full of way too many images. One day at a time, I manage to restrain myself from creating any more art.
I must say, sometimes I feel rather like a ghost in this world. I'm even erasing and destroying my past daily.
To prove to myself that I do still have some effect upon the world, now and then over the past two months, I Google Glen Lineberry, Lisa Greve and Bentley Projects. It is so gratifying to find my articles in the #1 spot for each of these. I really did a good witnessing for myself.
Anyway, I Googled Lisa Greve a day or two ago, and learned that she has a husband named Ed Rubacha. That name sounded kind of familiar. Then, last night, on the sitemeter, I saw that a reader had archived "This Is Why We're Leaving," in which Franklin Einspruch of artblog.net received a veiled threat from a Phoenician named Ed Rubacha, who declined to identify himself as a lawyer.
Now I find out Ed Rubacha, the lawyer, is also Ed Rubacha, Lisa Greve's husband. But he decided not to mention that little fact either in the threatening e-mail to Franklin.
I cannot stand these sneaky, dishonest people and the way they facilitate each other's amoral schemes. The demise of A Little More Red was little more than a broken nail in the life of Lisa Greve, American Princess, and "a very fine person." And certainly, her designer pocketbook won't feel it. Hard times and bad people will not darken her well-gated and fortified door.
