My main criterion for gauging a religion's worth to humanity is how it views and treats women. By this measure, all three major Western religions --Christianity, Judaism, and Islam-- fall short. And Islam is by far the worst.
Humanity has two genders, who need to understand each other, and help each other meet life. When God got in between them, he just got in the way. He should have left them alone in the Garden. We would all be happier by now.
